2. Data processed by the app

When you create and use an account, the app processes:

• Your email address, account identifier, and authentication information.
• Information you enter about productions, projects, shoots, footage, storage media, copy progress, deletion status, and notes.
• Technical records required for security, reliable operation, and abuse prevention, such as authentication events and verification results.

The app does not copy, inspect, or upload your media files. It stores only the tracking information you enter.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing your account and the app's backup-tracking service: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Protecting accounts, preventing abuse, and maintaining reliable service: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Meeting legal obligations where applicable: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Service providers

• Supabase provides authentication, databases, and backend infrastructure.
• Resend delivers account and authentication emails.
• Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated sign-up abuse. Cloudflare may process technical connection and device information for this purpose.
• Apple may process information when you install or test the app through the App Store or TestFlight under Apple's own terms.

Providers process information only as required to deliver their services. Where information is processed outside the European Economic Area, appropriate transfer safeguards are used where required.

5. Retention and deletion

Account information and app records are retained while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and associated app data in the app under Settings. Limited records may be retained when legally required or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

6. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR's conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority. In Baden-Württemberg, this is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
